WISON ENERGY ENGINEERING (HONG KONG) LIMITED ABU DHABI is seeking a Project Reporting Lead with exceptional PowerPoint skills and a solid engineering project background. The role focuses on turning complex project information into clear, executive-level presentations for clients and senior management.

The successful candidate will blend engineering planning with presentation design, business writing, and proactive client-facing communication to support project progress, risks, and milestones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Experience in oil & gas, petrochemical, or EPC projects.
• Excellent PowerPoint skills with the ability to turn raw data into executive presentations.
• Background in planning or project controls with schedules, milestones, and variances.
• Strong writing/editing skills; clear client-facing communication.
• Attention to detail and ability to deliver under tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel; familiarity with Primavera P6 or MS Project is an advantage.
• Strong written and spoken English for client reporting and presentations.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of high-quality PowerPoint presentations for client progress meetings, management reviews, milestones, and topics.
• Structure narratives, refine messages, and create professional layouts, charts, dashboards, visuals.
• Translate engineering, procurement, and construction updates into concise summaries of progress, risks, issues, and next steps.
• Coordinate with planning, project controls, and engineering teams to collect and validate information.
• Support the Project Manager in preparing talking points and client materials.
• Present updates to clients and senior stakeholders as required.
• Prepare meeting minutes and track actions from client meetings.
• Develop and maintain presentation templates for consistent project reporting.
