Job summary

TÜV SÜD Middle East LLC in Abu Dhabi seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead planning, manpower resourcing and mobilization for site inspections across Oil & Gas and Petrochemical projects. You will deploy inspectors, coordinate travel, visas and accommodations, and ensure compliance with schedules and client requirements.

The role requires 10–12 years in oil & gas, with 4–5 years in project management and manpower planning, plus strong budget control and QA/QC knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business administration, or related field.
• Minimum 10–12 years of oil & gas experience with 4–5 years in project management and manpower planning for ADNOC construction sites.
• Proven experience in manpower planning, resourcing and logistics for large projects.
• Strong knowledge of oil & gas project lifecycle, inspection disciplines, and QA/QC requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead manpower planning and resourcing for site inspection projects.
• Manage hiring, recruitment, onboarding of QA/QC inspectors.
• Coordinate recruitment and onboarding for qualified inspectors.
• Oversee logistics: travel, accommodation, site access, safety trainings, and security clearances.
• Ensure compliance with policies, labor laws, and client requirements.
• Monitor progress, maintain staffing levels, and resolve shortages or conflicts.
• Manage budgets for manpower and logistics.
