Job summary

Archirodon in the United Arab Emirates seeks a senior Engineering lead to supervise the technical office team on major EPC projects. You will review, verify and approve shop drawings, submittals and method statements, ensuring compliance with ADNOC standards.

Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, procurement and consultants; liaise with ADNOC for approvals; manage design changes to avoid delays.

Qualifications

• B. Tech/MTech or equivalent in any discipline.
• 10–15 years of relevant Oil & Gas, EPC/EPCM or major infra project experience.
• Proven ADNOC UAE project experience is preferred/required.
• Strong knowledge of ADNOC standards, HSE, procedures and work practices.
• Experience with UAE statutory requirements and local regulations.
• Excellent command of English.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the technical office team including engineers, drafters, and document controllers.
• Review, verify, and approve shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements.
• Ensure all technical documents and designs comply with ADNOC standards and regulations.
• Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, procurement, and consultants for seamless execution.
• Liaise with ADNOC representatives, consultants, and clients for approvals and clarifications.
• Monitor and manage design changes, variations, and issues to avoid delays or cost overruns.
• Ensure proper document control, version management, and timely submissions.
• Provide periodic technical progress reports to management and stakeholders.
• Support procurement in material selection, ensuring AVL compliance and ADNOC specs.
