Job summary

Confidential Company is seeking a Mechanical Engineering professional with 18+ years of EPCM experience in oil and gas projects to lead engineering management tasks and coordinate across Civil, Mechanical, QA/QC and E&I teams.

The role requires strong stakeholder management, proven leadership in multidisciplinary environments, and hands-on EPCM project oversight to ensure successful execution in a complex oil & gas setting.

Qualifications

• BE/BTech in Mechanical Engineering full time (4 years).
• 18-30 years experience in EPCM projects related to oil and gas.
• Experience dealing with multidisciplinary teams in oil and gas EPC projects.
• Candidates with ADNOC experience or GCC oil & gas experience are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Should be able to manage stakeholders in the project.
• Experience dealing with multidisciplinary teams (Civil, Mech, QA/QC, E&I).
• Hands-on experience in engineering management in oil & gas projects.
