Job summary

Duncan & Ross is seeking a qualified Cost Estimation Engineer with solid experience in oil and gas or petrochemicals. You will prepare cost estimates across all project stages, including CAPEX and OPEX evaluations, and support economic analysis of engineering projects.

Familiarity with ADNOC estimation methods is an advantage. Responsibilities include interpreting contracts, developing estimates for Concept, FEED and EPC stages, performing CAPEX/OPEX modeling, and coordinating with engineering,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering from a recognized institution.
• 5–10 years in oil & gas or petrochemical cost estimation.
• Experience with Concept, FEED, EPC cost estimation levels.
• Strong CAPEX/OPEX estimation and economic modeling.
• Familiarity with ADNOC estimation practices.
• AACE cost engineering certification desirable.
• Proficiency in Primavera or cost management tools.

Responsibilities

• Interpret contract terms and design deliverables to develop accurate cost estimates.
• Prepare estimates for Concept, FEED and EPC phases.
• Perform CAPEX and OPEX estimation and economic modeling.
• Apply industry best practices and adhere to established cost estimation procedures.
• Support cost engineering activities using total cost management.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement and planning teams.
• Utilize Primavera or equivalent software for cost and schedule integration when required.
