Job summary

PxGeo is seeking a Project Manager - Operations in Dubai to lead seismic acquisition surveys from contract award to close-out, ensuring EHSQ, data quality and profitability. You will interface with clients post-handover and assist Sales for tenders, while coordinating with crews, suppliers and stakeholders to keep projects on track.

The role emphasizes survey planning, vessel performance monitoring, cost optimization and strong client engagement. Offshore leadership and travel are required.

Qualifications

• Must have a strong background in project management within a maritime environment.
• Familiar with seismic surveys and subsea operations.
• Experience managing project financials and budgets.
• Offshore experience in seismic acquisition is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead survey planning and execution to meet contractual objectives and safety standards.
• Monitor vessel performance and coordinate with offshore teams to resolve issues.
• Manage budget, P&L, and cost control to optimize profitability.
• Engage with clients and stakeholders to ensure alignment and proactive communication.
• Travel offshore as required to lead crews and supervise operations.
