Job summary

PxGeo, based in Dubai, seeks a Technical Lead – Source to drive development of marine seismic source technologies. You will shape the product strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle, collaborating with technical, operations, marketing and commercial teams to align with customer needs and market demands.

You will conduct market research and engage customers to identify growth opportunities, define requirements, and position offerings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, geophysics or related field.
• 7+ years in product management, preferably in energy or marine tech.
• Strong knowledge of underwater seismic acquisition.
• Experience managing product lifecycle from concept to launch.
• Excellent analytical and strategic thinking.
• Able to collaborate across teams and communicate clearly.
• Willingness to travel for client engagements.
• Offshore travel certification/eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the product strategy and lifecycle for source technologies.
• Lead market research, customer engagement, and competitive analysis.
• Define requirements and value propositions with stakeholders.
• Manage design, testing, commercialization, and end-of-life planning.
• Prioritize features with technical and commercial teams.
• Collaborate on pricing, GTM plans, and customer materials.
• Translate customer feedback into product improvements.
• Monitor performance, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
• Support proposals, tenders, and strategic opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety.
