Qualifications

• 12+ years of proven production engineering experience in the oil & gas sector.
• Excellent command of English with strong verbal and written communication.
• Expert knowledge of operational processes within oil and gas production environments.
• Strong expertise in modern production technologies and innovative solutions.
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and team management abilities to drive collaboration and performance.
• Proficiency in IT tools and applications, including MS Office Suite, Power BI.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven decision making under pressure.
• Knowledge of industry regulations and HSE compliance.

Responsibilities

• Plan and lead oil production operations across all offshore fields.
• Develop and manage production plans and schedules to ensure efficient resource utilization.
• Monitor and analyze daily production reports, ensuring targets are consistently achieved.
• Coordinate annual production budgets and implement effective cost control measures.
• Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance production efficiency and reliability.
• Manage contractors and enforce compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards.
• Oversee emergency response activities and supervise corrective maintenance operations.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies related to oil production and environmental standards.
• Prepare and present production performance reports to senior management and stakeholders.
• Drive initiatives for technological upgrades and digitalization to optimize production efficiency and reduce downtime.
