Job summary

KBR, Inc. is seeking a Specialist Process Engineer for Offshore Projects to lead advanced process engineering for offshore water injection facilities.

You will ensure safe and efficient design, support brownfield modifications, and coordinate across disciplines during detailed engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning. Ideal candidates have 15–18 years in oil & gas, strong offshore brownfield experience, and familiarity with FEED, Detailed Engineering, EPC, start-up phases, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering or Process Engineering; Master’s degree is an added advantage.
• Chartered Engineer (CEng) or equivalent professional registration preferred.
• 15–18 years of process engineering experience in Oil & Gas projects, with offshore brownfield experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead process engineering activities for offshore water injection systems and associated facilities.
• Develop and review PFDs, P&IDs, Engineering Calculations and design basis.
• Perform hydraulic calculations, equipment sizing, process simulations and performance evaluations.
• Review and optimize water injection system design for efficiency, reliability and operability.
• Support process optimization and debottlenecking studies.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams during detailed engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning.

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering or Process Engineering

Master's Degree

Chartered Engineer (CEng) or equivalent professional registration
