Job summary

NMDC Energy is seeking an experienced Materials and Logistics Coordinator to liaise between clients and offshore crews, coordinating material deliveries and ensuring proper documentation. The role requires offshore experience, strong English communication, and proficiency with store systems and MS Office.

Responsibilities include monitoring movements, maintaining records, and ensuring items are inspected and certified, while coordinating with the Logistics team to optimize sourcing and offshore

Qualifications

• Diploma in a related discipline or equivalent.
• Certification in logistics or supply chain management.
• Valid Offshore Training certificate.
• Minimum 6 years' experience in material and logistics coordination, offshore.
• Computer literate - MS Office tools and store systems.
• Strong written and spoken English.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Familiar with offshore equipment and store operations.
• Familiar with safety standards applicable to offshore oil & gas.

Responsibilities

• Liaise between clients and users for collection of materials from contractors.
• Coordinate between Logistics Department and delivery point of materials for timely delivery.
• Monitor material movements and maintain records for destinations.
• Supervise handling, housekeeping, receipts, issuance, and reconciliation of materials.
• Ensure issued items are in good condition, inspected and certified.
• Maintain inventory of materials and equipment.
• Handle invoices and allocate cost codes; track payment status with Finance.
