Job summary

NMDC ENERGY PJSC. is seeking an experienced professional to coordinate offshore construction activities across multiple disciplines in Abu Dhabi. You will support the OCM, prepare requirements and evaluate offshore materials, and assist in expediting deliveries and MRV approvals.

You will participate in weekly client meetings, liaise with marine warranty surveyors, and help implement the project safety plan, quality assurance, and mobilization coordination to ensure on-time project delivery.

Qualifications

• 5 years' experience in offshore construction.

• Thorough understanding of offshore operations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with all departments within the company for all offshore‑related scope of the project.
• Assist OCM in preparing requirement and technical evaluation of offshore materials and expedite the delivery receipt at stores and approval of MRV of these materials.
• Assist OCM in providing input for weekly and monthly report and attend meetings with client.
• Assist OCM in liaising with third party agency on offshore execution related issues.
• Assist OCM in liaising with marine warranty surveyors on all issues related to marine construction aspects of the work such as document review, approval, attendance during load‑out, towing and offshore installation.
• Attend weekly meetings with OOD OCM to discuss progress and areas of concern.
• Insure implementation of the project safety plan and the company HSEMS.
• Insure and enhance quality of the work.
• Initiate the variation orders and claims related to offshore work.
• Compile the technical input procedures, engineering documents and assist CM in assigning offshore durations.
• Prepare mobilization plans and attend mobilization meetings.
• Coordinate with OPE, Barge Superintendents and Field Engineers to ensure that mobilization is through and complete.
