Job summary

Progressive is seeking a Sales Manager - Offshore to drive expansion of the marine elevator business across the offshore sector and strengthen relationships with Oil & Gas vessel clients. You will report to the Chief Commercial Officer and shape regional sales strategies while building a strong footprint in the UAE and beyond.

The role requires identifying new offshore customers, promoting inspection and servicing capabilities, and maintaining a robust pipeline with regular customer visits,

Qualifications

• 5 to 7 years of sales or account management experience in Oil and Gas or marine services.
• Experience in maritime, engineering, procurement, or technical service environments.
• Proven commercial success in technical sales, ideally with equipment or service offerings.
• Excellent communication and business English writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a targeted sales and business development plan for the marine elevator segment.
• Identify and pursue offshore customers, particularly within drilling, offshore support vessels, and production assets.
• Increase RFQs by promoting marine elevator inspection, servicing, and modernisation capabilities.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Maintain a structured pipeline and conduct regular customer visits, including travel to West Africa.
