Job summary

KBR Abu Dhabi is seeking a Superintendent Construction Engineer - Civil for an Offshore Project based in Abu Dhabi, with rotation to offshore island. Based in client office with potential move offshore, the role prioritizes strong geotechnical leadership and extensive oil & gas FEED/EPC experience.

Ideal candidates will have 17+ years in oil and gas, ADNOC project exposure, and a civil engineering degree. The position requires readiness for offshore assignments and strict adherence to project

Qualifications

• 17+ years of experience in the oil and gas industry.
• Experience with offshore ADNOC projects is advantageous.
• Strong geotechnical expertise: site investigation, ground improvement, piling, borewell, topography.
• Minimum 5+ years in ADNOC projects.
• 5+ years in a similar mega FEED/EPC role (>US$1 Billion).
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering is a must.

Responsibilities

• Lead geotechnical engineering activities for offshore/oil & gas projects.
• Oversee site investigations, ground improvement, piling and related tests.
• Coordinate with ADNOC and client teams for project delivery.
• Ensure compliance with safety and engineering standards on offshore sites.
