Job summary

KBR Careers seeks a Senior Construction Supervisor (E&I) for an offshore PMC project in Abu Dhabi on a 6 weeks on / 3 weeks off rotation. The role requires 12–15 years of Construction – E&I experience in oil & gas and mandatory offshore exposure.

Diploma in Engineering is the minimum qualification. The candidate will supervise E&I construction, ensure quality compliance, and uphold HSE standards across all activities at the offshore site.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Engineering is a minimum requirement.
• 12–15 years of proven experience in Construction – E&I in oil & gas.
• Offshore experience is mandatory.
• Strong HSE awareness and safety culture.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate E&I construction and fabrication activities at the yard.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, drawings, and quality standards.
• Promote strict adherence to HSE policies and safety culture.
