The role works closely with Project Management, Engineering, Operations, Commissioning, HSE, Marine and client stakeholders to support the safe delivery of brownfield work on schedule and within budget. The position also reports regularly to senior leadership on project readiness, performance, risks and required interventions.

  • Lead constructability and cold-eyes reviews to improve safety, efficiency and offshore productivity.
  • Review brownfield job cards and work packs to confirm they are complete, constructible and suitable for offshore execution.
  • Sequence and optimize work scopes to reduce offshore durations and improve productive tool time.
  • Review shutdown and tie-in plans and provide assurance that the proposed durations are achievable.
  • Interface with client and project stakeholders to secure early alignment on brownfield scope, execution strategy and operational constraints.
  • Lead or support HAZID, SIMOPS, constructability and execution-risk workshops.
  • Conduct readiness reviews and provide functional approval for mobilization and the commencement of offshore work.
  • Ensure business, operational and execution risks are identified, assessed and effectively managed.
  • Identify opportunities to improve safety, quality, productivity, cost and schedule performance.
  • Conduct offshore visits to verify readiness and progress, resolve constraints and identify execution improvements.
  • Monitor offshore performance and support recovery planning and debottlenecking where required.
  • Support the safe execution of isolations, tie-ins, shutdowns and work within live operating facilities.

  • Minimum of 15 years’ experience in the offshore oil and gas industry.
  • At least five years’ experience delivering offshore brownfield projects or campaigns.
