Job summary
National Association of Women in Construction seeks a Senior Construction Manager for the Offshore Water Injection Project, based in Abu Dhabi, with transition to fabrication yard and offshore mobilization during execution and commissioning. You will lead brownfield modifications, tie-ins, shutdowns, and upgrades while ensuring safety and ADNOC compliance.
The role requires 25+ years of oil & gas project experience, with at least 10 years in senior construction management overseeing offshore
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, or related engineering discipline.
- 10+ years Oil & Gas project experience; 10+ years in senior construction management.
- PMP or Project Management certification preferred; PE registration desirable.
Responsibilities
- Lead offshore brownfield construction activities from mobilization through mechanical completion.
- Develop Construction Execution Plans, methodologies, and resource strategies.
- Manage construction teams, subcontractors, and specialist contractors.
- Ensure construction activities are safe, efficient, and in line with procedures.
- Monitor progress against schedules and milestones; resolve site issues.
