Job summary

Tormac Marine is seeking an experienced AB Crane Operator to join our offshore team aboard an OSV. You will operate offshore pedestal and knuckle boom cranes, study load charts, and execute lifts in compliance with LOLER and safety procedures.

Candidate must hold a Crane Operator Certificate (Stage 2 or 3), STCW certificates, an AB License with deck experience, and Seafarer Medical. Offshore vessel experience and ability to work rotational shifts are essential.

Qualifications

• Valid Crane Operator Certificate (Stage 2 or 3 preferred).
• Valid STCW Certificates.
• AB License with experience in deck operations.
• Seafarer Medical (valid).
• Experience on offshore vessels (OSV/PSV/AHTS preferred).
• Knowledge of offshore safety practices.
• Ability to work in rotational shifts.

Responsibilities

• Operate offshore pedestal and knuckle boom cranes.
• Follow load charts and lifting plans for lifts.
• Maintain safety during lifting operations and rigging.
• Coordinate with deck team and bridge using signals and radios.
• Log lifts and maintenance activities for documentation.
