Job summary

Adecco Dubai is seeking an Officer – Multimedia Production to deliver high-quality photography, videography, and post‑production content for marketing and brand initiatives. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in media/communications or related field.
• 3–5 years in multimedia production with strong photography/videography.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Lightroom).
• Experience in video editing, colour grading and motion graphics.
• Strong visual storytelling, communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Capture high-quality photography and videography for marketing and branding.
• Lead studio and on-location shoots meeting briefs, timelines and standards.
• Edit and produce visual content including video editing and motion graphics.
• Optimize content for digital, social media and internal channels.
• Maintain content quality in line with brand guidelines.
• Manage multimedia equipment and digital asset libraries.
• Support campaigns and events with content production and delivery.
