Job summary

OnTime Healthcare in the UAE is seeking a creative Videographer to plan, film, and edit high-quality content for our healthcare brands and clients.

You will own shoots at client sites across Dubai and the UAE, craft reels and promos for social media, and ensure lighting, audio, and branding standards throughout projects. A strong portfolio and the ability to work independently are required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's in Videography/Media Production/Film/Photography (preferred).
• 2–3 years of professional videography and photography experience.
• Experience with healthcare, interior design, hospitality, or lifestyle brands is a plus.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating videography, photography, and editing skills is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute photo/video shoots for marketing campaigns, social media, events, and promotions.
• Capture high-quality video/photos with own professional equipment.
• Edit videos/photos for platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and websites.
• Create reels, short-form videos, promos, testimonials, interviews, and BTS content.
• Visit client locations and coordinate with marketing teams during shoots.
• Collaborate with Digital Marketing Executive and creative team on content calendars.
• Ensure lighting, framing, audio quality, and production standards.
• Maintain consistency with client branding and visual identity.
• Organize, store, and manage media files efficiently.
• Stay updated with videography trends and editing techniques.
• Deliver edited content within agreed timelines.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, filming, and editing high-quality visual content for our brands and clients. This role requires creativity, technical expertise, and the ability to capture engaging content for social media, promotional campaigns, corporate branding, and marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute professional photo and video shoots for marketing campaigns, social media, events, and corporate promotions.
• Capture high-quality videos and photographs using your own professional equipment.

• Create engaging reels, short-form videos, promotional videos, testimonials, interviews, and behind-the-scenes content.
• Attend client locations and coordinate with the marketing team during shoots.
• Work closely with the Digital Marketing Executive and creative team to execute content calendars and campaign requirements.
• Ensure proper lighting, framing, audio quality, and overall production standards during shoots.
• Maintain consistency with each client's branding and visual identity.
• Organize, store, and manage media files efficiently.
• Stay updated with the latest videography trends, editing techniques, and social media content styles.
• Deliver edited content within agreed timelines

Requirements

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Videography, Media Production, Film, Photography, or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum 2-3 years of professional videography and photography experience.
• Experience creating content for corporate brands, healthcare, interior design, hospitality, or lifestyle brands is an advantage.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating videography, photography, and editing skills is mandatory.
