Job summary

PureCS, the IT and health-tech arm of PureHealth in the UAE, seeks an Officer for Identity & Access Management. You will manage user identities, roles, and permissions across hospital systems, support daily access fulfilment, governance, and audits within Fujairah Hospital environments.

The role requires 3+ years of IAM experience, familiarity with AD, Entra ID, and SailPoint, and strong analytical skills. Arabic is a plus. A professional working culture and national-scale digital projects await.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Engineering, or related field.
• Strong understanding of modern IAM concepts and best practices.
• Experience with Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, and SailPoint.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity fundamentals and IT systems administration.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• High attention to detail, accuracy, and risk awareness. Excellent communication skills; Arabic is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Access fulfilment: Provision, modify, and revoke user access to applications, systems, and network resources.
• Incident & request handling: Resolve access-related tickets within defined SLAs and track them through closure.
• RBAC: Design, implement, and maintain RBAC models.
• Access reviews: Perform periodic reviews, clean-ups, and removal of obsolete or departed-user accounts.
• Audit & compliance: Support internal/external audits and respond to IAM-related queries.
• Process improvement: Identify risks, deviations, and improvement opportunities in IAM processes.
• Stakeholder coordination: Work with Business Units, Service Desk, and IT teams to ensure accurate and compliant access provisioning.

Role Summary
