Qualifications

• High school certificate or diploma; added biz admin or related field is a plus.
• Basic stock management, inventory control, and recordkeeping knowledge.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and standard office apps.
• Ability to maintain accurate inventory records and simple stock reports.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication and coordination abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Honest, dependable handling of supplies and assets.

• Problem-solving skills to identify stock discrepancies.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify office supplies and equipment.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and update stock registers.
• Organize and store materials for easy identification and access.
• Monitor stock levels and inform relevant departments for replenishment.
• Prepare purchase requests for office supplies when required.
• Issue stationery and supplies to employees per approved requests.
• Check deliveries against purchase orders and invoices.
• Identify damaged or missing items and report discrepancies.
