Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic knowledge of stock control and warehouse procedures.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and inventory software.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming goods against delivery notes, PO and invoices.
• Organize and store items in designated locations with proper labeling.
• Maintain accurate inventory records using stock management tools.
• Monitor stock levels and inform the department when replenishment is needed.
• Prepare and issue goods according to approved requests and dispatch instructions.
• Coordinate with warehouse staff, drivers, procurement teams and logistics personnel.
• Conduct regular stock checks and participate in counts.
• Investigate stock discrepancies and report damaged or missing items.
• Ensure goods are stored properly and handled safely.
• Keep store areas clean, organized and safe.
• Prepare stock reports, goods receipt notes and issue records.
• Follow procedures for receiving, storing, picking, packing and dispatching.
• Monitor condition of stored items and report damage or expiry concerns.
• Support audits by maintaining inventory documentation.
• Follow health and safety guidelines and proper use of storage equipment.
