Responsibilities

• Receive incoming materials, products, equipment, and supplies and verify them against purchase orders and delivery documents.
• Inspect received items for quantity, quality, and any visible damage or discrepancies.
• Store materials safely and systematically according to company procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of stock receipts, issues, transfers, and returns.
• Issue materials and supplies to authorized departments based on approved requests.
• Monitor inventory levels and inform supervisors when stock needs to be replenished.
• Conduct regular physical stock checks and assist with periodic inventory counts.
• Keep the store area clean, organized, secure, and compliant with workplace safety requirements.
• Properly label and arrange stock to ensure easy identification and efficient retrieval.
• Maintain appropriate storage conditions for different types of materials and products.
• Report damaged, missing, expired, or slow-moving stock to the relevant supervisor.
• Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, logistics, and other departments regarding material requirements.
• Ensure all storekeeping activities are carried out according to company policies and procedures.
• Support the preparation of inventory reports and maintain proper documentation.
