Job summary

RoboHub.ae in Dubai invites an Operations Assistant to join the showroom and warehouse team. You will help maintain daily cleanliness, assist with stock checks of robots and parts, and support packing, receiving, and basic data entry to keep inventory accurate. With basic English, good hygiene, and the physical ability to lift and move equipment, you will contribute to safe handling, timely restocking, and reliable day‑to‑day operations.

Qualifications

• Must be physically capable of lifting and moving equipment
• Basic computer and data-entry skills are required
• Good personal hygiene and punctuality are expected
• Basic English communication skills required

Responsibilities

• Maintain daily cleanliness of showroom, warehouse, pantry, office areas and common spaces
• Serve beverages to staff, customers and visitors as needed
• Assist with physical stock checking and counting of robots, accessories, parts and packaging materials
• Record stock movements accurately in the designated inventory system
• Check items for damage or discrepancies before they leave the showroom or warehouse
• Assist with receiving stock and checking deliveries against documents
• Help with packing, unpacking, and organizing stock in showroom and warehouse
• Assist with lifting, moving, loading and positioning robots and materials
• Support basic data entry, filing, scanning, printing and document handling
• Report when pantry supplies or other materials are running low
• Provide day-to-day support to showroom and operations teams

• Maintain daily cleanliness of the showroom, warehouse, pantry, office areas, and common spaces.
• Serve tea, coffee, water, and refreshments to staff, customers, and visitors when required.
• Assist the manager with physical stock checking and counting of robots, accessories, spare parts, packaging materials, and other inventory.
• Record incoming, outgoing, and available stock accurately in the designated inventory system.
• Check the physical condition and quantity of items before they leave the showroom or warehouse and immediately report any damage, missing items, or discrepancies.
• Assist with receiving stock and checking delivered items against the relevant delivery documents.
• Support with packing, unpacking, arranging, and organizing stock in the showroom and warehouse.
• Assist with safely lifting, moving, loading, unloading, and positioning robots, equipment, boxes, and project materials.
• Support with basic data entry, filing, scanning, printing, and document handling.
• Report when pantry supplies, cleaning materials, packaging materials, or other regularly used items are running low.
• Assist the showroom and operations team with other day-to-day support tasks as required.
