Espace Real Estate in Dubai is expanding its Off-Plan Division and seeking experienced brokers to join our growing team. We offer scalable lead generation, fair round-robin lead distribution, and access to our proprietary CRM to maximise performance.

Remuneration is commission-only, with packages tailored to experience and proven sales results; a company-sponsored visa and health insurance are included as part of the package.

Qualifications

• Proven off-plan sales experience in UAE.
• Strong knowledge of Dubai/Abu Dhabi developments.
• Excellent sales, negotiation, and client relationship skills.
• Proactive, results-driven, and able to convert opportunities into transactions.
• Collaborative with strong work ethic and positive team contribution.

Responsibilities

• Sell off-plan properties in the UAE market.
• Manage a scalable lead generation and distribution system.
• Convert opportunities into transactions with high closing rates.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and developers.
