The role offers a tiered commission structure from 70% to 90% based on performance, plus visa and medical insurance, a dedicated CRM, a structured 4‑week training program, and a clear path to team leadership.

Formación

• At least 1 year of property sales experience in Dubai preferably off-plan.
• At least 2 closed deals in the last 12 months.
• Self-motivated, disciplined in follow-up and logging work in the CRM.
