Better Homes in Dubai is seeking brokers to join our Off-Plan team. You will be part of an experienced high-performing group and work closely with some of the best in the business. To be successful you will have at least 1 year of sales experience in a high-performing environment or experience in luxury service.

An investment background is preferred but not essential. Fluency in English and a valid driving license are required.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in a high-performing environment (real estate, car sales, recruitment or similar) or background in luxury/high-end service (e.g., cabin crew, luxury retail).
• Investment background is preferred but not essential.
• Fluent in English.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
