Property Network Real Estate LLC is looking for a motivated, results-driven, and multilingual Real Estate Agent to join our growing sales team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a valid RERA broker card, excellent communication skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for building client relationships, identifying property investment opportunities, managing property transactions, and providing professional guidance to local and international clients across Dubai's real estate market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals, and client outreach.
• Assist clients in buying, selling, and investing in Off-Plan properties across Dubai.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local and international investors and property buyers.
• Understand clients' investment objectives, budgets, and property preferences to recommend suitable opportunities.
• Conduct property viewings, client consultations, and investment presentations.
• Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective buyers and investors.
• Negotiate offers and facilitate property transactions from initial enquiry to successful completion.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Dubai's real estate market, property launches, pricing, and investment trends.
• Ensure compliance with RERA regulations, DLD procedures, and company policies.
• Maintain accurate client records, follow up on leads, and achieve assigned sales targets.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Valid RERA broker card is mandatory.
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
• Previous experience in Dubai real estate sales is preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, networking, and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused, proactive, and confident in dealing with international clients.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple leads, and meet sales targets.
• Strong interest in property investment and Dubai's real estate market.
• A valid UAE driving licence
