Job summary

Voxtron Middle East LLC seeks an experienced Odoo Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Accounting and broad functional knowledge of other Odoo modules. You will lead client engagements, translate requirements into Odoo solutions, and drive end-to-end functional implementations across Accounting, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, CRM, HR and Project modules.

You will conduct product demonstrations, trainings, and workshops, prepare functional specs, and collaborate with technical teams for

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as an Odoo Functional Consultant with hands-on implementation.
• Strong experience in accounting modules: General Ledger, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, or Financial Reporting.
• Functional knowledge of multiple Odoo modules: Sales, Purchase, Inventory, CRM, HR, Project.
• Experience configuring, implementing, testing, and training users in Odoo.
• Excellent business analysis, problem-solving, and client-facing skills.
• Experience with UAE/GCC clients and UAE VAT knowledge is preferred.

Permanent Voxtron Middle East 1 Position Experience: 3 Years

We are looking for an experienced Odoo Functional Consultant with strong expertise in the Accounting/Finance module and good functional knowledge of other Odoo modules. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of business processes, ERP implementation, requirements gathering, and client-facing consulting.

Key Responsibilities:

Understand and analyze client business requirements and translate them into Odoo solutions.

Lead functional implementation of Odoo Accounting and related modules.

Configure Odoo according to business requirements and industry processes.

Handle requirements gathering, gap analysis, process mapping, and functional documentation.

Configure and support modules such as Accounting, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, CRM, HR, Project, and other relevant Odoo applications.

Conduct client discussions, product demonstrations, training sessions, and user workshops.

Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with technical/development teams for customizations.

Perform functional testing, UAT, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.

Support data migration, system configuration, deployment, and post-implementation support.

Provide guidance to clients on Odoo best practices and process improvements.

Participate in presales activities, requirement analysis, solution demonstrations, and proposal preparation when required.

Manage multiple client projects and ensure timely delivery of functional activities.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience as an Odoo Functional Consultant, preferably with hands-on implementation experience.Good functional experience in Accounting modules such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, or Financial Reporting.Good understanding of accounting principles, financial processes, and ERP workflows.Functional knowledge of multiple Odoo modules such as Sales, Purchase, Inventory, CRM, HR, Project, and related modules.Experience in Odoo configuration, implementation, testing, and user training.Strong business analysis and problem-solving skills.Good communication and client-handling skills.Ability to prepare functional documentation and work effectively with technical teams.Experience working with UAE/GCC clients and business processes will be an advantage.Knowledge of UAE VAT and accounting practices is preferred.
