Job summary

Sanvi Engineering And Business Consulting Solutions in Dubai seeks an experienced Storekeeper with Odoo ERP knowledge to manage daily store and inventory operations for our automotive facility. The candidate should have 1-2 years of relevant experience and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities include handling GRN, stock transfers, audits, and coordination with Procurement, Production, and Logistics to ensure material availability. Immediate joining is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years experience as Storekeeper / Store Assistant / Inventory Keeper
• MANDATORY: Hands-on experience with Odoo ERP - Inventory / Warehouse module
• Experience in automotive / manufacturing / spare parts / engineering industry preferred
• Knowledge of inventory management, GRN, stock keeping
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and basic computer skills
• Physically fit and able to manage store operations
• Must be currently in UAE and available for immediate joining

Responsibilities

• Manage inward/outward material movement and maintain stock records in Odoo ERP
• Handle GRN, Material Issue, Stock Transfer and Stock Adjustment in Odoo
• Maintain accurate inventory levels and conduct regular stock audits / cycle counts
• Coordinate with Procurement, Production and Logistics teams for material availability
• Ensure proper labeling, binning and storage as per automotive standards
• Maintain store documentation and ensure compliance with ISO / 5S procedures
• Monitor minimum stock levels and raise PR for replenishment
• Ensure timely issuance of materials to production / workshop
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in store area
