Job summary

Brand Connection Trading LLC is seeking an experienced finance professional to manage day-to-day financial transactions across wholesale, retail, and e-commerce channels in Dubai. You will record invoices, payments, receipts, and deductions in Odoo, ensure stock accuracy, and monitor cash flow.

The role includes migration of accounting data from legacy systems to Odoo and collaboration with cross‑department teams.

Responsibilities

• Record supplier invoices, payments, and purchase entries in Odoo.
• Post daily sales entries for wholesale, retail shops, and e-commerce channels.
• Record customer receipts and reconcile with bank deposits.
• Process employee expenses and petty cash transactions.
• Review and update bank entries, ensuring accurate bank reconciliation.
• Reconcile GL accounts and perform daily stock reconciliation.
• Prepare weekly cash flow forecasts and reports from Odoo.
• Assist in month-end closing and VAT/tax entries.
• Coordinate data migrations from legacy systems into Odoo.
