Job summary

Confidential Careers is seeking an Organizational Development professional to design, implement, and continuously improve our performance management framework and capability-building initiatives. You will act as a change agent to align performance with strategic goals, driving a culture of feedback, accountability, and high performance.

You will own PMS development, lead data-driven improvements, enable line managers, and shape competency frameworks for career progression and talent reviews.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field. CIPD Level 5/7 is preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in OD or HRBP roles, with hands-on experience designing or managing Performance Management cycles.
• Experience implementing competency frameworks and facilitating performance calibration sessions.
• Experience using HRIS/Performance Management software and analyzing people data (Excel/Power BI).

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end design, rollout, and maintenance of the Performance Management System (PMS).
• Continuously evaluate PMS effectiveness and refine processes using data analytics.
• Train and coach managers to lead performance conversations and address underperformance.
• Analyze performance data and HR metrics to provide insights to senior leadership.
• Develop and maintain core and leadership competency frameworks.
• Support talent reviews and succession planning.
• Facilitate organizational change initiatives while maintaining engagement.
• Use data to design interventions that improve culture and employee experience.
