Allocation Assist is seeking an Arabic-speaking specialist OB/GYN to join a leading healthcare facility in Abu Dhabi. The role covers prenatal, natal, and postnatal care with emphasis on communication, surgical expertise, and evidence-based practice.

The candidate will perform Cesarean sections, hysterectomies, and laparoscopies while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality care. Fluent Arabic and DOH/HAAD eligibility are required.

Formación

• Fluent in Arabic (spoken and written).
• Specialist qualification in Obstetrics & Gynecology (Arab Board, MRCOG, or equivalent).
• DOH (HAAD) license or eligibility.
• Minimum 5 years post-specialization in a hospital or women’s health clinic.
• Strong surgical and diagnostic skills across obstetric and gynecologic domains.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct detailed consultations and manage routine and high-risk pregnancies.
• Perform cesarean sections, hysterectomies, laparoscopies.
• Provide antenatal and postnatal care with maternal/fetal focus.
• Collaborate with midwives, neonatologists, and anesthesiologists.
• Maintain accurate patient records; ensure compliance with clinical protocols.
• Participate in audits, CME, and quality improvement initiatives.
• Communicate effectively with Arabic-speaking patients and families.

Role Overview

We are seeking a culturally attuned and clinically experienced Arabic-speaking specialist OBGYN to join a leading healthcare facility in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive care across prenatal, natal, and postnatal stages, with a strong emphasis on patient communication, surgical expertise, and evidence-based practice.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed consultations and manage routine and high-risk pregnancies
• Perform gynecological procedures including:
• Cesarean sections, hysterectomies, laparoscopies
• D&C, colposcopy, and fertility-related interventions
• Provide antenatal and postnatal care with a focus on maternal and fetal well-being
• Collaborate with midwives, neonatologists, and anesthesiologists for integrated care
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with clinical protocols
• Participate in departmental audits, CME activities, and quality improvement initiatives
• Communicate effectively with Arabic-speaking patients and families to ensure clarity and comfort in care delivery

Qualifications & Experience

• Language Requirement: Fluent in Arabic (spoken and written)
• Certification: Specialist qualification in Obstetrics & Gynecology (e.g., Arab Board, MRCOG, or equivalent)
• Licensure: DOH (HAAD) license or eligibility required
