Job summary

Allocation Assist seeks a highly qualified Female Consultant Obstetrician & Gynecologist to join a leading healthcare facility in Abu Dhabi. The clinician will provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecological care for pregnancies, prenatal and postnatal services, and surgical procedures with emphasis on patient-centered outcomes.

Ideal candidates hold MBBS or equivalent with DOH Board Certification/Fellowship in OB/GYN and 5–7 years post-board experience in a reputed hospital.

Qualifications

• MBBS or equivalent degree recognized by DOH Abu Dhabi.
• Board Certification / Fellowship in Obstetrics & Gynecology.
• Minimum 5-7 years of post-board consultant experience in a reputed hospital.
• Strong surgical, communication, and patient counseling skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecological consultations for outpatient and inpatient cases.
• Manage normal and high-risk pregnancies, antenatal care, labor, delivery, and postnatal care.
• Diagnose and treat gynecological disorders including menstrual disorders, PCOS, infertility, fibroids, endometriosis, and menopausal conditions.
• Perform cesarean sections and minimally invasive surgeries where applicable.
• Conduct routine women’s health screenings and preventive care services.
• Collaborate with neonatologists, anesthetists, radiologists, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Maintain accurate medical records and ensure DOH regulation compliance.
• Educate patients on reproductive health, pregnancy care, family planning, and preventive healthcare.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives, clinical audits, CME programs, and departmental meetings.
