Job summary

Vesta Care Home Health Care Center in Dubai seeks a Nursing Assistant with a valid DHA license to join our team delivering in-home patient care. You will collaborate with Registered Nurses and healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive support in patients’ homes.

The role requires compassionate, patient-centered service with strong teamwork and documentation skills, including EMR proficiency. Previous home health experience is preferred; a high school diploma and a 2-year Nursing Diploma

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year as Nursing Assistant, preferably home health care.

Responsibilities

• Assist Registered Nurses and healthcare professionals in providing care at patients' homes.
• Support activities of daily living: bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting.
• Assist in transferring and positioning patients safely.
• Monitor and record vital signs (BP, pulse, temperature).
• Collect specimens and perform basic lab tests as directed.
• Administer medications under supervision of a Registered Nurse.
• Assist with wound care and dressing changes.
• Maintain a clean, safe home environment; document care activities accurately.
