Job summary

Vesta Care is looking for a compassionate Registered Nurse with DHA license to join our home health care team in Dubai. You will provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in their homes following established care plans and collaborate with the healthcare team.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of RN experience, strong clinical skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work independently in a home care setting while using EMR systems.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with DHA license.
• Eligibility letter as a Registered Nurse.
• Attested Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate and comprehensive nursing care to patients in their homes following established care plans and protocols.
• Conduct thorough assessments of patients including physical examinations, vital signs monitoring and medication management.
• Administer medications, treatments and therapies as prescribed by physicians and ensure accurate documentation of all interventions.
• Collaborate closely with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans, setting appropriate goals for patient care.
• Educate patients and their families on disease management, medication administration and necessary lifestyle modifications.
• Monitor and evaluate patient responses to treatments, adjust care plans accordingly and communicate any changes or concerns to the healthcare team.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation of all care provided.
• Effectively communicate and collaborate with physicians, therapists and other healthcare professionals involved in patient care.
