Job summary

ENEC Operations at Barakah Nuclear Power Plant seeks a Training Development and Administration specialist to deliver and evaluate operator training, in line with FANR, WANO, and SAT standards, ensuring crews master procedures and safety culture.

You will design, implement and assess training programs, administer exams and simulations, and support CAP and ERO actions, health and safety initiatives, and knowledge transfer to management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or other scientific discipline.
• 3 years of relevant training experience, including 3 months in a Nuclear Power Plant.
• Demonstrated knowledge of instructional techniques through training or experience.
• Knowledge consistent with the content being presented.

Responsibilities

• Deliver training and evaluation material to meet WANO and FANR standards for classroom training.
• Analyze, design, develop, deliver and evaluate operator training programs to ensure adherence to the SAT process.
• Administer written exams and simulator/job performance evaluations to ensure exam integrity.
• Deliver training to ENEC Operations personnel on procedures, eSOMS training, and nuclear technologies to establish baseline knowledge for BNPP managers.
• Check CAP actions to ensure timely closure and engage improvement processes.
• Support outage and emergency response organization activities as assigned.
• Uphold HSE, security, and business continuity policies and procedures.
