A leading international law firm in Dubai is seeking a junior Financial Services Regulatory Associate to join its Dubai practice. The role offers exposure to regulatory matters across payments, fintech, crypto and digital assets within the UAE and broader Middle East, advising financial institutions, fintechs, and tech platforms on licensing and compliance.

Qualifications

NQ status for September 2026 with regulatory experience at a leading law firm or strong financial services/fintech environment.
Exposure to payments, fintech and/or crypto/digital assets is desirable.

Responsibilities

Payments and payment services regulation, including licensing and cross-border structures.
Fintech regulation, platform structuring, market entry and regulatory strategy.
Crypto and digital assets regulation, exchanges, custodians and stablecoins.
Broader financial services regulatory matters across banking, securities and funds.
