Qualifications

• Experience in financial services regulation or fintech.
• Junior to mid-level with exposure to UAE regulators.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Payments and payment services including payment processing, wallets and cross-border payment structures
• Fintech regulation, platform structuring, market entry and regulatory strategy
• Crypto and digital assets including tokenisation, exchanges, custodians and stablecoins
• Broader financial services regulation across banking, securities, funds and investment services
• Licensing and authorisation before UAE financial services regulators
• Regulatory compliance, enforcement and investigations
• Cross-border regulatory matters involving international regulatory frameworks
