Job summary

S K OVERSEAS HR CONSULTANCY in Abu Dhabi seeks a NOC Coordinator to manage documentation across NOC entities, track progress, and gather client requirements.

You will prepare and resubmit documents, liaise with third-party coordinators, maintain the NOC register, and collaborate with project teams, engineers, and consultants. Mapping tasks using Google Earth and ArcGIS are included; meetings with NOC, clients, and vendors are routine.

Qualifications

• Speaking English and Arabic is required.
• Experience uploading NOC portals for multiple entities.
• Experience coordinating with other contractors on interface issues.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate different NOC Entities to complete NOC documents, issues and clearance.
• Keep a record for each NOC and track its progress.
• Identify client requirements pertaining to NOC and interface with internal project teams.
• Prepare and resubmit documents as required; send emails and make calls to third‑party agency coordinators to understand their requirements and provide responses.
• Maintain the NOC register and update it regularly.
• Prepare NOC documents, drawings, and calculations in collaboration with project teams and consultants.
• Interface with engineering teams to update changes in engineering documents and drawings.
• Arrange meetings with NOC team, third‑party entities, and clients; prepare agendas and minutes.
• Use Google Earth and ArcGIS for basic mapping tasks.
