Job summary

S K OVERSEAS HR CONSULTANCY is seeking a NOC Coordinator in Abu Dhabi to coordinate multiple NOC entities, maintain records, and interface with clients and third‑party agencies. The role requires GCC experience, particularly in oil & gas EPC projects, and bilingual communication in English and Arabic.

Candidates should have a mechanical engineering background, Gulf experience, and strong documentation skills for preparing drawings, calculations, and NOC submissions.

Qualifications

• Experience in pipeline, oil & gas EPC, flowline, wellhead, brownfield, upstream or onshore projects.
• Gulf or ADNOC experience preferred.
• For managerial roles, minimum 5 years Gulf experience is mandatory.
• No metro, building, or road infrastructure experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate different NOC Entities to complete NOC documents, issues and clearance.
• Keep a record for each NOC and track its progress.
• Identify client requirements pertaining to NOC.
• Interface and prepare documents and resubmit as required.
• Make emails and calls to third‑party agency coordinators to understand requirements.
• Maintain and update the NOC Register.
• Prepare NOC documents, drawings and calculations with the project team.
• Speak in English and Arabic.
• Upload NOC portals of different entities.
• Coordinate with other contractors for interface issues.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to update changes.
• Arrange meetings with the NOC team, third‑party entities, clients, etc.
• Prepare agenda and minutes of all NOC/interface meetings.
• Possess basic knowledge of Google Earth and ArcGIS.

Education

Bachelor Degree in Engineering – Mechanical.

Age Criteria

Maximum age limit is 49 years. For managerial positions, this may be extended up to 50 years if the candidate has significant Gulf experience.
