Job summary

M42 Ltd. through Sheikh Sultan bin Zayed Hospital in the UAE is seeking a Post-Acute Rehabilitation Physiotherapist to join our multidisciplinary team in delivering patient-centered care.

You will assess, plan, and deliver individualized rehabilitation programs to improve mobility and independence after illness, injury, surgery, or neurological events, using NDT and PNF techniques. The role emphasizes collaboration and thorough documentation to support seamless discharge planning and quality

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy.
• DOH physiotherapy license/registration.
• Certification in NDT and PNF.
• Minimum 3 years of neuroscience rehabilitation experience.
• Fluent in written and spoken Arabic.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients referred to post-acute rehab and create individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Deliver physiotherapy to improve strength, balance, mobility, gait and independence.
• Apply NDT and PNF techniques as appropriate.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans based on clinical findings.
• Educate patients and families on rehabilitation goals and discharge planning.
• Maintain accurate and compliant clinical documentation.
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and quality improvement activities.
