Job summary

Royal Health Specialized One Day Surgery in Al Ain seeks a Full-Time Physiotherapist to assess, diagnose, and treat patients with disabilities, injuries, or movement disorders. The role focuses on restoring mobility and reducing pain through evidence-based physiotherapy interventions.

You will collaborate with physicians, nurses and other professionals to ensure holistic care, document progress, and promote functional independence while adhering to infection control and professional standards.

Qualifications

• Ability to assess physical conditions, mobility, strength, balance and function.
• Develop individualized treatment plans from clinical findings.
• Provide therapies including exercises, manual therapy and electrotherapy.
• Educate patients and families on plans, home exercises and prevention.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients' physical conditions, mobility, strength, balance, and functional abilities.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical assessment findings.
• Provide therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, electrotherapy, and other physiotherapy interventions.
• Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, home exercise programs, and injury prevention.
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as required.
• Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation and treatment records.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Assist patients in achieving rehabilitation goals and improving functional independence.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, infection control policies, and professional standards.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuing professional development activities.
