Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree of Science in Physiotherapy and/or Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy

Responsibilities

• Provides direct patient care and establishes patient goals and care plans.
• Promotes patient's physical wellness and active lifestyle.
• Collaborates with multi-disciplinary teams to discuss patient goals and plans.
• Performs initial and comprehensive patient care assessments including cognitive and cardio-respiratory assessments.
• Applies physiotherapy modalities based on the patient care plan and clinic policies.
• Ensures safety and availability of physiotherapy equipment and reports repairs.
• Participates in Quality Improvement activities and department projects.
