Job summary

Ghassan Aboud Holding in Dubai seeks a Network Development Manager to own end-to-end site development across the Automotive division, from scoping to cross-functional launch readiness. Qualifications

• Willingness to travel extensively across current and prospective markets.
• Arabic speaker preferred.

Responsibilities

• Scope and evaluate candidate sites/locations and develop supporting business plans.
• Drive feasibility studies through to approval with internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate design development and sign-off for each site.
• Lead contract negotiation and execution with landlords, contractors, and third parties.
• Oversee contractor selection and progress to construction completion from a business perspective.
• Coordinate IT, marketing, and operations teams for site launch readiness.
• Monitor OEM/brand standards compliance post-launch at each live site.
• Own full development lifecycle for Africa after partner/location confirmation.
• Contribute to broader network expansion strategy and market prioritization.
• Build and maintain relationships with authorities, landlords, and contractor networks.
• Standardize processes and lessons learned to improve delivery speed.

JOBPURPOSE

Toown the end-to-end development of new business sites and market locationsacross the Group's automotive, industrial machinery, and value-added servicesportfolio — from site scoping and feasibility through design, contracting,construction oversight, and cross-functional launch readiness — ensuringconsistent, brand-compliant, on-time delivery across Syria today and newAfrican markets as the Group expands.

KEYRESPONSIBILITIES

• Scope and evaluate candidatesites/locations and lead development of the supporting business plan
• Drive feasibility studiesthrough to approval with relevant internal stakeholders
• Coordinate designdevelopment and sign-off for each site
• Lead contract negotiationand execution with landlords, contractors, and other third parties
• Select and managecontractors through to construction completion, overseeing progress from abusiness/commercial perspective rather than technical project management
• Coordinate IT, marketing,and operations teams to ensure full readiness ahead of site launch
• Own post-launch monitoringof OEM/brand standards compliance at each live site
• For Africa, take ownershipof the full development lifecycle once Business Development has confirmed thepartner and location
• Contribute to the Group'sbroader network expansion strategy and market prioritization
• Build and maintainrelationships with local authorities, landlords, and contractor networks ineach market
• Standardize processes andlessons learned across sites to improve delivery speed and consistency

REQUIREDEXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree inBusiness, Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred
• 8-12 years ofexperience in network/market expansion, project development, or businessdevelopment
• Background inautomotive, industrial equipment, or multi-site retail/distribution preferred,not mandatory
• Prior experience inemerging or frontier markets (Africa, MENA) strongly preferred
• Strong stakeholdermanagement, project coordination, and commercial acumen
• Willingness andability to travel extensively across current and prospective markets
• Preferably Arabicspeaker who can comfortably visit tough markets
