Net-Zero Strategy & Energy Data Lead

Job summary

Expo City Dubai seeks a senior leader to own and deliver the net zero strategy for the E&C division, with Terra Pavilion as a primary asset. You will own the full carbon perimeter, oversee electricity demand management, solar production, water, and waste, and drive data-informed decisions and executive reporting in line with UAE Net Zero 2050 commitments.

You will orchestrate data infrastructure, monitoring, and reporting across all dimensions, coordinating with FM, contractors, and stakeholders

Qualifications

• Bachelor in Mechanical/HVAC engineering and/or HVAC automation.
• Experience in utilities management with net-zero focus.
• Strong proficiency in data collection, cleaning, integration and analytics.
• Hands-on experience with data visualization/BI tools (Power BI).
• Knowledge of energy/utilities systems, metering and waste management.
• Excellent communication skills for technical/non-technical stakeholders.
• Certifications in energy management or sustainability (e.g., CEM, LEED, WELL AP).

Responsibilities

• Define and deliver the building's net zero roadmap for the E&C division.
• Own the carbon perimeter and support reporting aligned with UAE Net Zero 2050.
• Oversee electricity/solar/water/waste management and associated data infrastructure.
• Coordinate with FM, contractors and stakeholders to implement ECMs/ESIs.
• Prepare executive-ready presentations for SVP Sustainability and leadership.
• Develop data quality standards and reporting dashboards (Power BI).
