Job summary

Ebara Elliott Energy Equipment Manufacturing Ltd. in Abu Dhabi is seeking a meticulous Quality Inspector to safeguard the Integrity of turbomachinery parts.

You will perform precision inspections, NDT, and manage quality documentation within our KEZAD facility, ensuring compliance with engineering drawings and material specs. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in industrial quality control, NDT experience, and the ability to read complex blueprints.

Qualifications

• Two (2) years of dedicated inspection and quality control experience in an industrial, manufacturing, or supply chain environment.
• Strong understanding of Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) methodologies: PT, UT, RT, MT.
• ASNT Level 2 VT certification preferred or eligible.
• Hands-on experience with specialised NDT equipment and precision measuring tools.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and technical specifications.

Responsibilities

• Read and apply engineering documentation including work orders, blueprints, SOPs, and material specs for turbomachinery.
• Perform dimensional inspections using manual and digital measuring devices to ensure tolerances.
• Conduct incoming, in-process, and final NDT inspections.
• Create and process quality documentation such as NCRs and rework reports.
• Maintain calibration logs for inspection equipment and ensure traceability.
• Verify incoming materials and outsourced components against drawings and specs.
• Manage daily inspection schedules and respond to urgent production targets.
• Highlight and document non-conformances to engineering and management teams.
• Draft inspection reports to provide traceable records for evaluated parts.
• Review Material Test Reports (MTRs) from suppliers for compliance.
