Job summary

New Era Technology, a global technology solutions company, is seeking a senior product design leader to guide a team of designers in creating scalable navigation systems. You will define foundations, patterns, and journeys while aligning with architecture and device breakpoints across enterprise platforms.

You will mentor designers, advocate for design governance, and coordinate with brand and business units to drive adoption of global standards.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Visual Communications, or equivalent practical experience.
7+ years of progressive product design experience.
2+ years of direct people management or team lead experience.
Proven track record of managing and coaching IC designers.
Strong portfolio demonstrating systems-level UX architecture and pattern governance.
Hands-on proficiency with Figma.

Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of approximately 3 product designers in defining scalable navigation systems.
Establish and govern foundational navigation components, interaction patterns, and user journeys across global enterprise platforms.
Partner with platform and software engineering teams to ensure navigation patterns scale across technical architectures and device breakpoints.
Serve as the primary design advocate in structural, enterprise-level governance decisions.
Conduct alignment reviews with brand and business unit partners to ensure adoption of global design standards.
