Job summary

New Era Technology in Dubai is seeking a Senior Design Leader to guide a team of two product designers and shape the Account Hub design direction. You will partner with product, engineering, and brand teams to drive cohesive experiences across enterprise platforms.

You will steer design system governance and agile workflows, translating complex requirements into strategic roadmaps that scale across multiple brands and accounts. Strong English communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a design field or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years in product or UX design.
• Proven experience leading design teams.

• Lead, manage, and support a team of 2 product designers, guiding their day-to-day execution and professional growth
• Own the overall design direction and execution for Account Hub
• Partner closely with product, engineering, and brand teams
• Make high-impact decisions on design system integration and enterprise-wide standards
• Translate complex structural requirements into actionable design roadmaps

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Interaction Design, HCI, Graphic/UX Design, or equivalent practical experience
• 5+ years of experience in product design or user experience design
• Documented experience leading teams
• Portfolio demonstrating shippable customer-facing products and complex system-level UX work
• Strong knowledge of modern design tools like Figma
• Knowledge of design system governance and agile workflows
• Professional verbal and written English communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working within multi-brand enterprise platforms
• Experience defining enterprise-wide design patterns and multi-account user architectures
