Job summary

Flatgigs is seeking a Principal Mobile SDK Engineer to lead the architecture and development of our Navigation SDK for Android and iOS. You will wrap native mapping engines, integrate routing APIs, and deliver a high-performance, developer-friendly API surface.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of engineering experience in mobile development.
• Proficiency in Kotlin (Android) and Swift (iOS).
• Experience shipping SDKs or shared libraries.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement a unified navigation SDK architecture for Android and iOS.
• Wrap native mapping libraries and expose clean APIs for developers.
• Implement turn-by-turn navigation logic and ETA calculations.
• Optimize for battery, memory, and CPU efficiency during navigation sessions.
